Intoxicated driving arrests
-- JEREMY T. BATCHELOR, 26, of 1520 W. Court St., Janesville, at 5:37 a.m. Saturday at 3900 Milton Ave., Janesville, after he allegedly fled from his car during a traffic stop. Also arrested on charges of resisting an officer, driving without a license and on three warrants.
-- THEFT reported at 9:05 p.m. Monday in the 13000 block of West Northfield Crossing Street, Union. A vehicle was reported taken from a driveway and parked in a field. Five dollars and a house key were taken from the vehicle.
-- BURGLARY reported at 12:06 a.m. Tuesday to an apartment in the 6200 block of South Highway 51, town of Rock. Nothing was reported stolen, but there was $600 damage to a window.
-- JENNETTE M. HALLET, 24, of 437 Madison St., Janesville, charged with felony theft in a business setting. She is accused of putting refunds on her credit card and on a gift card on several occasions while she was employed at JCPenney at The Janesville Mall, 2500 Milton Ave., starting Feb. 20, for a total of $19,531.
-- THEA M. ACEVEDO, 23, of 502 Linn St., Apt. C, Janesville, charged with substantial battery. She is accused of punching a woman she knows, resulting in three stitches over the woman's eye Saturday in the 100 block of North River Street, Janesville.
-- FRANK J. BILLUPS, 39, of 1421 McKinley St., Janesville, charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, maintaining a drug trafficking place and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is accused of having 0.47 ounce of marijuana packaged in several small bags in his car, which was discovered with the use of a drug-sniffing dog after officers were dispatched to his residence at 4:47 p.m. Sunday for a report of an armed person.
