Ann I. Lansing, age 83, of Janesville, died on Saturday, April 5, 2014, at St. Mary's Janesville Hospital. She was born in Milwaukee, on March 30, 1931, the daughter of Carl and Irma (Spearbraker) Zuehlke, and was a lifelong resident of Janesville, graduating from Janesville High School in 1949. Ann married Edward W. Lansing on Jan. 14, 1951, and he preceded her in death on March 20, 1986. She had been employed by Mercy Hospital, the Janesville Board of Education, and M & I Bank retiring in 1993. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church and the Mercy Hospital Auxiliary as Treasurer, contributing over 11,000 hours of volunteer service.

Ann is survived by her son, Michael E. Lansing of Janesville; two daughters, Julie (Kurt) Panke of Madison, and Pamela (Russell) Smestad of Middleton; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents.

A Funeral Service will be held at 12 Noon on Wednesday, April 9, 2014, at SCHNEIDER APFEL SCHNEIDER & SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY with Rev. Bond Haldeman officiating. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 11 a.m. until 12 Noon at SCHNEIDER APFEL SCHNEIDER & SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME.
