Rock County

— VANDALISM reported at 10:15 a.m. Monday to eight vehicles in a rear parking lot at 2500 Milton Ave., Janesville. Windows of the 2014 models that belong to Gordie Boucher, were smashed and shot out. Damage estimate unknown.
— CURTIS L. CURRY, 43, of Madison, charged with burglary, operating a motor vehicle without owner consent and theft. He is accused of burglary of a residence and stealing the residents' car  on Nov. 6, 2013, on South Wyoming Court in the town of La Prairie.
— MICKALE A. HICKS, 18, of 1105 Summit Ave., Beloit, charged with second-offense possession of marijuana. Hicks is accused of hiding about 0.2 ounce of marijuana on his person when he returned to the Rock County Jail in Janesville, after being released to attend a funeral on Wednesday.

Walworth County


— MARK L. BROWN, 47, 1855 Beld St., Madison, with four felony counts party to identity theft, financial gain. Elkhorn police say Brown admitted to cashing checks with another man on July 31, 2013 for a third party in exchange for money, cigarettes, and alcohol. The amount cashed was about $12,000.
— CAMERON M. CASILLAS, 19, 215 E. Clark St., Milwaukee, with two felony counts of delivering cocaine and two felony counts of felony bail jumping. Walworth County deputies say Casillas sold cocaine twice in January to an informant of the sheriff's office.
— SEAN L. GRENDEL Sr., 41, W1254 Pell Lake Road, Genoa City, with felony physical abuse of a child, recklessly cause great bodily harm. Lake Geneva Police say on March 15 Grendel threw a 4-year-old who then hit their head, causing a fractured skull.
— CYNTHIA E. JOHNSEN, 43, 34135 Euclid Drive, Burlington, with felony identity theft, financial gain. Elkhorn police say in October of 2013 Johnsen made 14 transactions worth about $1,700 using a credit card in a different name.
— CHRISTOPHER L. MANGOLD, 40, Lake Geneva, charged with felony fleeing an officer. Walworth County deputies say Mangold refused to stop for deputies in the town of Geneva on Sunday. Mangold then led deputies on a high-speed chase.  
— DONALD L. MIELKE, 52, 279 Mielke Lane, Williams Bay, with felony sexual exploitation of a child, filming. Town of Delavan police say Mielke recorded a child for the past four years.
— ANTHONY J. RODRIGUEZ, 20, East Meadow Terrace, Oak Creek, with three felony counts of delivery of marijuana. Whitewater police say on three separate occasions, between February and March 2013, Rodriguez sold marijuana to an informant of the police department.
— MICHAEL J. ROSSETTI, 27, W3650 County Road A, Elkhorn, with felony physical abuse of a child, intentionally cause bodily harm. Village of East Troy police say a 3-year-old was abused by Rossetti in March.
— PATRICK K. WARD, 19, Roselle, Ill., with felony resisting an officer causing injury and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. UW-Whitewater police say Ward admitted to smoking marijuana outside a dormitory on March 14. Police also say Ward injured a police officer while resisting arrest.
— HAYDEN R. YAKES, 17, 1215 Madison St., Lake Geneva, charged with: felony bail jumping; felony second degree recklessly endangering safety; felony hit and run, injury; misdemeanor battery. Town of Geneva police say on March 14 Yakes was driving, opened a door, hit a pedestrian with the door, then fled.
