BURLINGTON--The Spinning Top and Yo-Yo Museum, 533 Milwaukee Ave., Burlington, is hosting the 19th annual Yo-Yo & Skill Toys Convention this weekend, March 29-30.

The event includes challenges on March 29, and an official World-Wide Yo-Yo Contest on March 30. More than $300 in prizes will be offered during the weekend. Participants can bring their own yo-yos and skill toys or buy them at the museum.

Sunday's events begin at 11:45 a.m. with hula hoops, yo-yos, and juggling. Doors open at 12:30 for the 1 p.m. for the World-Wide Yo-Yo Contest, a looping contest, yo-yo shows and skill toy challenges.
