ROCK COUNTY

Arrests

-- JOHN S. MORGAN, 37, of Hastings, Minn., at 5 p.m. Sunday at Interstate 90/39 northbound and Highway 14, Janesville, on a charge of possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police reported seizing 1.5 ounces of marijuana and one-half ounce of THC paste.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- SEAN T. RYAN, 22, 1429 Peterson Ave., Janesville, at 12:35 a.m. March 17 at Mineral Point and Oakhill avenues, Janesville. It was reported as his second intoxicated-driving arrest.

-- BURGLARY to a residence in the 12000 block of East County A, town of Johnstown, reported at 8:46 a.m. Saturday. Reported taken was $800 cash.

Charged

-- DEANGELO L. EL-AMIN, 20, 1114 Lincoln St., Beloit, charged with burglary, attempted robbery with use of force as a party to a crime, battery as a party to a crime and aggravated battery to an elderly person. He is accused of being one of two men who burst into a residence on March 18 on Homeland Court in the town of Beloit, pushing an elderly woman to the floor and fighting with her grandson, trying to get valuables from his pockets. The incident began with an attempted robbery at Big Hill Park and a chase to the woman's house, according to the criminal complaint.

Charged

-- RUDY P. AGUILERA, 53, 510 S. Wisconsin St. Upper, Elkhorn, with felony possession of marijuana, second and subsequent offense. Elkhorn police say on March 5, 2014 they found marijuana in the kitchen at Aguilera's apartment.

-- DONNA M. FLEURY, 31, 343 S. Eden Court, Whitewater, with felony possession of narcotic drugs, repeater. Whitewater police say Fleury admitted to using heroin when police searched the vehicle she was in on January 3, 2012.

-- BRIAN C. GONZALEZ, 27, 6806 22nd Ave., Kenosha, with felonies: operating while intoxicated causing injury, second and subsequent offense; and operating with prohibited alcohol concentration causing injury, second and subsequent offense. Village of Fontana police say on October 12, 2013 Gonzalez was driving and hit a utility pole causing injury to himself and the passenger.

-- JON A. HEIL, 29, F4585 Townline Road, Colby, with two counts of felony party to burglary of a building or dwelling. Walworth County deputies say Heil admitted to being involved in two residential burglaries in the town of Lyons in October of 2012.

-- BRADLEY P. LYGA, 28, 11326 E. Tighe Road, Clinton, with two counts of felony stalking; three counts of misdemeanor telephone harassment; two counts of misdemeanor computer message, threaten or obscenity; misdemeanor computer message, threaten or injury or harm; misdemeanor violation of temporary restraining order, harassment. Town of Delavan police say between February 21, 2014, and March 20, 2014, Lyga sent text messages and made several calls to the mother of his child and the mother's boyfriend after being told not to by police.

-- AMY L. NORRIS, 45, 1151 S. Wells St. No. 2, Lake Geneva, with felony possession of narcotic drugs and four counts of misdemeanor possess or illegally obtained prescription. Town of Geneva police say Norris was involved in a single vehicle car accident on May 18, 2013. When Norris' vehicle was searched, police reportedly found various pills Norris did not have prescriptions for.

-- ZACHARY I. PUCELY, 25, 3605 Fence Line Road No. 2, Franksville, with felony theft, moveable property. Walworth County deputies say Pucely admitted to stealing jewelry worth about $2,500 from a home on Lost Nation Road, Elkhorn, on May 7, 2013 when he was cleaning the home's carpets while employed by Stanley Steamer.

-- BRIAN W. ZITZLER, 33, 4026 County Road F North, Delavan, with felony party to deliver heroin and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Walworth County deputies say on January 21, 2014 Zitzler assisted in the delivery of heroin, and on February 13, 2014 deputies searched Zitzler and found Suboxone sublingual strips in his wallet. Zitzler reportedly admitted to not having a prescription for Suboxone.
