--KAYLA SHATTRUCK, Edgerton, and KAREEN MCCANTS, Edgerton, on Friday at 1002 ½ S. Main St., Edgerton. They both were arrested on suspicion of maintaining a drug house, and for possession of drug equipment after the Rock County Sheriff’s Office executed a warrant search on the residence and found evidence of drug use, including paraphernalia. The sheriff's office and the Edgerton Police Department no longer release certain personal identifying information, including ages and full addresses of people involved in arrests based on their interpretation of the federal Drive Privacy Protection Act.
Intoxicated driving arrests
--JAMES C. COXE, 51, of 1707 Mole Ave., Janesville, at 9:34 p.m. Sunday at 2819 N. Lexington Drive, Janesville. The arrest was listed as his third for intoxicated driving.
--SAPOEUN SAING, 38, of 612 Cherry St., Janesville, at 7:42 p.m. Sunday at Memorial Drive and Harding Street, Janesville. The arrest was listed as his second for intoxicated driving.
--BATTERY BY INMATE, reported at 10:13 a.m. Friday at the Rock County Jail in Janesville. A 22-year-old woman allegedly assaulted a 55-year-old jailer. The sheriff's office no longer releases the names of people who are arrested based on the county's interpretation of the federal Drive Privacy Protection Act.
--KENDRA L. DOLAN, 20, 3204 Greenwood Drive, Janesville, with possession of narcotic drugs. Whitewater police say Dolan admitted to possessing heroin when the police initially arrested her for possession of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 5, 2013.
--AUSTRIN S. ESPINOZA, 23, 419 E. 1st Ave. #5, Elkhorn, with repeated sexual assault of a child. Elkhorn police say Espinoza had sex with a now 16-year-old multiple times between May 9 and 30, 2012 at Espinoza’s apartment.
--ROBERT A. FIRLIK, 40, 1340 Elkhorn Road Apt. A, Lake Geneva, with: felony strangulation and suffocation; felony false imprisonment; and misdemeanors of battery and disorderly conduct. Lake Geneva police say on Feb. 26, 2014 Firlik strangled his girlfriend and kept his girlfriend from leaving the home.
--CARIEANN L. GALLANT, 39, 315 Breezy St., Delavan, with 11 counts of identity theft for financial gain. Delavan police say Espinoza opened accounts using other person’s personal information and charged various bills to the accounts from September 2013 to January 2014.
--BRANDON E. HENDRICKS, 29, W5900 Brick Church Road, Fontana, with: two counts of deliver cocaine, second and subsequent offense; and imitation of controlled substance, second and subsequent offense. Walworth County deputies say on January 2 and 3, 2013, cocaine and controlled substances were purchased in a controlled buy.
--JERAMIE M. KOSITZKE, SR., 33, 40 West Hidden Trail, Elkhorn, with: felony physical abuse of a child, intentionally cause bodily harm; felony bail jumping; a misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Walworth County deputies say Kositzke physically abused a child at his residence on Sunday, March 2, 2014. On March 5, 2014 detectives questioned Kositzke at his home, where they reported finding a marijuana grinder.
n JESSICA A. LOMBARDI, 27, Clearlake, Calif., with felony criminal damage to property and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Lake Geneva police say Lombardi was a guest at The Cove Hotel, 11 Center St., Lake Geneva, on Jan. 14, 2014, where she caused more than $2,500 worth of damages to hotel room property. She reportedly broke a glass table and TV and threw furniture after she saw a woman flirting with her boyfriend.
--DEBRA A. NODLAND, 47, N3155 County Road H, Lake Geneva, with drunken driving on Feb. 27, 2014 on I-43, town of Delavan. This was reportedly Nodland’s fourth intoxicated driving offense.
--THOMAS P. PARKER, 44, 10 ½ S. Jackson St., Elkhorn, with: felony strangulation and suffocation, domestic abuse; felony bail jumping; misdemeanors of battery and disorderly conduct. Elkhorn police say Parker strangled his girlfriend on Feb. 24, 2014.
--ANTHONY R. RADENCICH, 24, N3095 Tamarack Road, Lake Geneva, with felony escape. Walworth County deputies say Radencich left Walworth County Jail the morning of Sept. 20, 2012 for work on Huber privileges and left the job site without permission that day and did not return to jail. Deputies say Radencich had not returned to jail as of Jan. 30, 2013.
--TIMOTHY E. WILLEY, 50, N415 Twinkling Star Road No. 3, Whitewater, with theft of moveable property more than $10,000. Whitewater police say Willey sold a vehicle to a company for $14,500 in 2013 but did not arrange for the vehicle to be delivered after receiving the money. Willey did not have permission to keep the money if the vehicle was not delivered and has not repaid any of the money as of Feb. 17, 2014.
--ROBERT A. DAVIS, 20, N1220 Lakeshore Drive, Pell Lake, with felony strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct. Elkhorn police say Davis hit a woman in the eye and punched her before choking her on Feb. 25, 2014.
