June 5, 1935 - February 11, 2014

Mary Jane Campbell, 78, of Janesville passed peacefully into the loving arms of Christ on Feb. 11, 2014. Mary Jane was born to Walter and Gladys Haney on June 5, 1935, and married Arthur D. Campbell on June 25, 1960. She dedicated the majority of her married life to being a homemaker and volunteer. One of her most enjoyable projects was preparing the Echo Christmas dinner. She had great affection for the Janesville Fire Department and enjoyed sharing her cooking with them - regarding the crew at Station 4 as extended family. She and Art traveled extensively and fondly reminisced of their adventures from Alaska to Antarctica. Until her health prevented, she was among the Badger football faithful at Camp Randall. Perhaps most especially, she loved her Samoyed grand dogs- Rajk, Roxie, and Reggie; to her, they were perfection in white fur.

Mary Jane is survived by her husband of 53 years, Arthur; and daughter and son-in law, Lisa-Marie and Richard Bartlett. She was welcomed in heaven by her parents and the family Samoyed, Denali.

Mary Jane was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church.

Her family extends their deepest gratitude to

Father Robert LeBron for his compassionate support.

A private family service was held in her remembrance.
