-- KEVIN B. AHERN, 50, of 2854 Westwood Drive, Janesville, at 10:04 p.m. Thursday at South Jackson Street and West Delavan Drive on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.



-- JON M. ANDERSEN, 40, 436 Upper Horseshoe Drive, Twin Lakes, with felony burglary and theft, and misdemeanor criminal damage to property. Police say Andersen caused damage to Ace Hardware, Delavan, and stole between $2,500 and $5,000 in property from the store Jan. 24.

-- KEVIN M. COOPER, 42, South Elgin, Ill., with four felony counts deliver cocaine; felony possession with intent to deliver cocaine; and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Police say Cooper had cocaine and drug paraphernalia when he was stopped Feb. 1. In a separate complaint, deputies say Cooper sold cocaine on four separate occasions from July 2013 to December 2013.

-- LEONARDO GARCIA, 45, 2742 Main St., Apt. 216, East Troy, with felony physical abuse of a child, intentionally cause bodily harm. Police say Garcia abused a 13-year-old child Jan. 22.

-- KYLE T. HELGELAND, 32, N2195 Beech Blvd., Lake Geneva, with felony operating a vehicle under the influence. Police say Helgeland caused a one-vehicle accident and admitted to drinking Feb. 7. This is reportedly his fourth offense.

-- BRANDON M. HERDMAN, 26, W7772 8b Wisconsin Parkway, No. 39, Delavan, with felony operating a vehicle under the influence. Deputies say Herdman was driving and ended up in the ditch in the town of Richmond on Feb. 4. This is reportedly his fourth offense.

-- JAMIEA L. RELERFORD MARX, 25, 332 N. Kendrick Ave., Burlington, with felony possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanors: retail theft; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of illegally obtained prescription. Police say Marx stole a digital frame and camera from Wal-Mart, admitted to using heroin, and had Vicodin and drug paraphernalia in her purse Oct. 10, 2013.

-- WILLIAM B. NETTLETON, 51, McHenry, Ill., with felony theft of movable property. Police say Nettleton took $9,000 out of a man's savings account Feb. 19, 2013.

-- PAUL J. PONZIO, 30, N1186 Hemlock, Genoa City, with felony possession of marijuana, second and subsequent offense. Police say Ponzio allowed them to search his room after responding to a possible overdose Feb. 4. Police found marijuana in Ponzio's room.
