Jerry “Lee” Wollslair age 54, died Friday, Jan. 31, 2014, surrounded by his family in his home. Lee was born July 9, 1959, the son of Gerald Wollslair and Betty (Harleman) Everding in Beloit, WI. He graduated from Clinton High School, class of 1977. Lee was a member of Daystar Christian Fellowship and IUOE Local 139. He worked for Gilbank Construction for 14 years and then on to J.P. Cullen for 22 years as an Operating Engineer. He was the owner of Shopiere Tavern for 10 years. Lee enjoyed gardening, music, the Green Bay Packers and spending time with family and friends. He will be greatly missed.

Jerry is survived by his son, Justin (Amber) Wollslair of Clinton; his daughter, Samantha Wollslair of Turtle Township; his mother, Betty (Nick) Everding; his father, Gerald (Lynn) Wollslair; a brother, Kevin (Robin) Wollslair; three sisters: Deborah Wollslair, Brenda (Rick) Brown and Kimberly (Brad) Roehl; two grandchildren, Colton and Caden Wollslair; his step sister, Amy (Jeff) Mehne; two step brothers, Steve (Linda) Everding and Dan (Jenny) Adams; nieces, nephews and many good friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents and three uncles.

The family would like to thank Jen and the entire Heartland Hospice Team for the care and compassion they gave Lee.

Lee’s Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2014, at BRIAN G. MARK FUNERAL HOME, 1000 Inman Parkway, Beloit, with Dr. Philip Allan officiating. Friends will be received on Monday, Feb. 3, 2014, at BRIAN MARK FUNERAL HOME, 1000 Inman Parkway, Beloit, from 4 until 7 p.m. and again on Tuesday from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
