-- ALPHANNA NHOL, 24, of 1710 Northport Drive, Apt. 2, Madison, at 11:29 p.m. Saturday at East Milwaukee Street and Parker Place, Janesville, on charges of possession with intent to deliver marijuana and cocaine.

-- GINA TEP, 23, of 1802 Northport Drive, Apt. 2, Madison, at 11:29 p.m. Saturday at East Milwaukee Street and Parker Place, Janesville on charges of possession with intent to deliver marijuana and cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- KENDRA M. ERICKSON, 28, 2227 Taylor Court, Janesville, at 2:57 a.m. Saturday at South Main and East Racine streets, Janesville.

-- MARK A. ODEGAARD, 25, 3742 Ridge Drive, Janesville, at 11:24 p.m. Friday at North Parker Drive and Sherman Avenue, Janesville. Also cited for driving without vehicle insurance.

-- MICKEY H. TWISS, 39, 2029 Kennedy Road, Janesville, at 7:48 p.m. Saturday at East Milwaukee Street and Morningside Drive, Janesville.

Reported

-- ROBBERY, reported at 8:45 p.m. Sunday to a person in the 800 block of Beloit Avenue, Janesville. The victim reported being robbed of marijuana, wallet, cell phone and cash.

Charged

-- ANTHONY M. GABLE GOTTSCHALL, 21, 917 N. Pontiac Drive, Janesville, with felony burglary of a building and misdemeanor theft and bail jumping. Deputies say Gable Gottschall took $20 from a cash box at a business Jan. 19.

-- IAN C. GOULD, 17, 4235 Saratoga Drive, Janesville, with two felony counts uttering a forgery, as a party to a crime, and two felony counts bail jumping. Deputies say Gould took his father's checks and gave them to his friends to cash in January.

-- MARIO N. HOWARD, 26, 918 Randall St., Beloit, with felony deliver marijuana. Police say Howard sold marijuana Jan. 3 and had marijuana in his pocket when police arrested him.

-- GARRISON W. LYTLE, 18, 2413 Hawaii Drive, Janesville, with 19 felony counts burglary of a building or dwelling. Police say Lytle told them that from June 2013 to November 2013 he participated in multiple burglaries at various Janesville locations including Good Kharma Broadcasting, Rockport Pool. Riverside Golf Course. Royal Order of the Moose Club. Mount Olivet and Oakhill cemeteries. Dawson Field. Janesville Youth Sports Complex. Permian Basin Railways and several park buildings.

-- ZACKARY D. MILAND, 19, 6500 W. County A, Janesville, with seven felony counts burglary of a building or dwelling; felony burglary of a building or dwelling, as a party to a crime; and misdemeanor theft, as a party to a crime. Police say Miland was involved in multiple burglaries from June 2013 to November 2013 at various Janesville locations including Dawson Field, Janesville Youth Sports Complex and several park buildings.

-- DANIELLE M. MOFFITT, 25, 1714 Dell Drive, Beloit, with felony forgery and misdemeanors theft and possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputies say Moffitt admitted to taking her mother's personal checks to buy groceries and heroin.

WALWORTH COUNTY

Charged

-- DANIEL D. CELKIS, 28, N1669 White Pigeon Road, Lake Geneva, with felony possession of narcotic drugs, as a part to a crime; felony bail jumping; and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, as a party to a crime. Police say on July 25, 2013, Celkis removed drugs from a friend's pocket after calling police for an overdose.

-- JACOB A. JOHNSON, 21, 6069 S. Rail St., Lyons, with felony burglary of a building; and misdemeanors theft and criminal trespass. Deputies say Johnson took the business checkbook for Bonnie and Betties Bar, owned by Yvonne Johnson. Deputies also say Johnson took $35 from Yvonne Johnson's wallet without permission and took bags of crushed cans and sold them for cash to buy heroin.

-- KIRKLEND K. KRAUSE, 20, Walworth County Jail, with felony theft of movable property. Deputies say Krause stole two trailers on Aug. 26, 2013. The estimated value of the property is more than $20,000.

-- CHARLES M. LINDBERG, 33, 314 Southeastern Court, Genoa City, with felony burglary. Police say Lindberg stole medication and $50 from a Genoa City home on Sept. 22, 2013.

-- KAREN M. RAUFMAN, 32, N8440 Taylor Road, Whitewater, with felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor theft. Deputies say Raufman used a debit card she did not have permission to use. When deputies questioned her, she gave permission for them to search her residence where they found methamphetamines.

-- JAMES K. SHORT-BEY, 23, N2488 Phyllis Wheatley Drive, Burlington, with felony substantial battery, repeater; and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, repeater. Police say Short-Bey got into a fight on Oct. 9, 2013, with a person he lived with.

-- JOSHUA M. SMITH, 26, West Allis, with felony possession with intent to deliver marijuana, as party to a crime. Deputies say Smith was at a marijuana deal he provided money for on Dec. 21, 2012.

-- CHRISTOPHER D. WESSELS, 24, Rock Falls, Ill., with two counts third degree sexual assault. Deputies say Wessels sexually assaulted a female at her town of Richmond home on Nov. 22, 2012, after meeting online.

-- WAYNE R. ZELL, 70, 1299 Center St., Delavan, with felony theft by contractor. Deputies say Zell did not put more than $10,000 he was given to remodel a home into the remodel project in October 2011.
