The original principles intended for Common Core have been badly compromised to a point where these educational standards become destructive to society instead of assisting. American education has become a political tool and now holds American youth hostage to the whims and intents of political partisanship.

It has become more and more important in this day and age for our youth to be taught to think, to analyze information and to find the truth within. To do this, it becomes imperative that they learn to read, to write and to comprehend the material. It does a great disservice to advance any individual who has not achieved complete comprehension of the material and information at each successive level. This is not contained within the structure of Common Core and therefore is of limited or no value in education.
