Arrests

-- DEWAYNE R. JOHNSON, 30, Madison, at 6:06 a.m. Monday at 409 E. Wall St., Janesville, on charges of strangulation/suffocation, battery and disorderly conduct.

-- JUAN M. FLORES, 24, of Houston, Texas, at 1:48 p.m. Saturday at the Rock County Jail on bench warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of battery to a police officer and obstructing.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- STEPHANIE M. ERICKSON, 34, of 2343 Green Valley Drive, Janesville, at 3:10 a.m. Sunday at Wilshire Lane and Allendale Drive, Janesville.

-- ASHLEY MKILLIPS, 28, of 3523 Stuart St., No. 6, Janesville, at 2:17 a.m. Saturday at 99 S. Main St., Janesville. The arrest was listed as her second for intoxicated driving.

-- TIMOTHY G. HONAN, 55, of 11103 S. County K, Beloit, at 8:15 p.m. Saturday after a car was found rolled over on Highway 11 at Dickey Road, town of Spring Valley. Honan was arrested at 16848 W. Highway 11 after he called to report the accident.

Charged

--AARON T. KLINGAMAN, 32, of 444 Walnut St., Janesville, charged with failure to report to jail. He was sentenced in April 2013 to 30 days and ordered to report to the jail Jan. 6, according to the criminal complaint. He turned himself in Jan. 13

--MATTHEW L. MARVIN, 40, of 5932 Longest Drive, Beloit, charged with aggravated battery to an elderly person, disorderly conduct and resisting an officer. He is accused of grabbing a 63-year-old woman he knows and shaking her violently, slamming her into the wall several times and later fighting with police on Dec. 29 at a residence in the town of Beloit. The criminal complaint indicates he was intoxicated and suicidal and was trying to get the woman to open a gun safe.

--RASHANN M. HENDERSON, 34, of 1845 Garden Drive, Janesville, charged with possession of marijuana, second offense, and obstructing an officer, repeater. He allegedly was found unconscious in the drive-through of a McDonald's restaurant at 2610 W. Court Street, at 11:53 p.m. Saturday and refused to follow an officer's instructions to put the car in park and roll down his window. Suspected marijuana was found in the car, the complaint alleges.

-- BURGLARY to a residence on East County N, Milton, reported Saturday. Several items of high-value jewelry were reported taken.

Injury accidents

-- HIGHWAY 51 AT RUSSELL ROAD IN THE TOWN OF JANESVILLE at 6:35 p.m. Saturday, when a car driven by Cheryl L. Greinert, 55, of 331 Ivanhoe Drive, Milton, collided with a car driven by Kaley R. Hamilton, 16, of 4330 Parkwood Drive, Janesville. Hamilton was transported for medical treatment. Greinert was cited for following too closely on the snow-covered road.

-- HIGHWAY 14 NEAR HARMONY TOWN HALL ROAD at 4:42 p.m. Thursday, when a small SUV driven by Francisco P. Altamirano, 44, of 110 Autumn Lane, Delavan, was northbound on Highway 14 and went off the slippery road, rolling onto its side. Altamirano was transported for medical treatment.

-- HIGHWAY 14 JUST WEST OF AVALON ROAD IN THE TOWN OF BRADFORD at 6:56 p.m. Thursday, when a car driven by Janelle C. Brown, 23, of 724 Edison Ave., Janesville, crossed the centerline on the slippery road and collided head-on with a car driven by Thomas G. Guilliams, 46, of Bancroft. Brown was cited for driving too fast for conditions and operating after suspension. A passenger in Brown's car, Shawna R. Nordberg, 29, of 3145 W. Rockport Road, Janesville, was treated and released at St. Mary's Janesville Hospital, Janesville. Another passenger, Kylee R. Heider, 2, of the same address as Nordberg, also was transported for medical treatment.

-- HIGHWAY 11 AT COUNTY G, TOWN OF LAPRAIRIE, at 6:18 p.m. Thursday, when a car driven by Danae L. Shear, 20, of 3150 S. Nye School Road, Beloit, collided with a car driven by Ryan L. Hoffman, 38, of 850 Sherman Ave., Janesville. Shear was transported for medical treatment. She was cited for driving too fast for conditions and not wearing a seatbelt. Hoffman was cited for operating after suspension and without insurance. Shear was trying to stop at a red light but slid into the intersection, colliding with Hoffman's car.

WALWORTH COUNTY

Charged

-- JACOB A. CURLER, 32, N8715 County Road N, East Troy, with felony strangulation and suffocation, repeater, and misdemeanors: battery, domestic abuse, repeater; disorderly conduct, domestic abuse, repeater; and bail jumping, repeater. Village of East Troy police say Curler was physically violent with two people in a home on Main Street in East Troy in August.

-- DOMINIC D. ECKLUND, 26, 1145 Romin Road, Lake Geneva, with two felony counts possession of narcotics drugs, second and subsequent offense; two felony counts possession of marijuana, second and subsequent offense; four felony counts deliver heroin, repeater; six felony counts bail jumping, repeater; felony delivery of narcotics, repeater; felony delivery non-narcotics, second and subsequent offense; four misdemeanor counts possession of illegally obtained prescription drug, repeater. Deputies say Ecklund called Lake Geneva police in October to his home saying he was not feeling well. Deputies later searched the home and found marijuana, prescription drugs and drug paraphernalia. Deputies say Ecklund sold marijuana in October, November and December.

-- JEFFREY S. GREGORY, 28, 1611 Green Forest Run, Apt. 4, Janesville, with 15 felony counts identity theft for financial gain, and one misdemeanor theft. Deputies say Gregory purchased more than $5,500 in gift cards and groceries at various stores in June 2013 in Whitewater using a credit card that was not his. Deputies say he also took antique furniture and other property from a family members home in June.

-- ROBERT B. HOUGE, 47, McHenry, Ill., with felonies operating while intoxicated causing injury, second and subsequent offense, and operating with prohibited alcohol concentration causing injuring, second and subsequent offense. Village of Genoa City police say Houge hit a vehicle in an intersection in November.

-- TYLER J. JENKINS, 37, 135 E. Main St., Apt. 115, Lake Geneva, with three felony counts deliver marijuana, repeater; felony deliver of non-narcotics, repeater; felony possession with intent to deliver marijuana, repeater; two misdemeanor counts bail jumping, repeater; and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputies say Jenkins sold marijuana and prescription pills on three separate occasions and had drug paraphernalia in his apartment when it was searched Jan. 8.

-- JEREMY T. MILLER, 19, 809 Huron Ave., Sheboygan, with felony possession with intent to deliver marijuana and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. UW-Whitewater police say Miller had marijuana in his dorm room when it was searched in December 2012. Police say Miller admitted to selling marijuana in the dorm.

-- LEROY SCHUBERT, 64, 2428 N. Shore Drive, Delavan, with felonies possession with intent to deliver marijuana, second and subsequent offense; maintaining a drug trafficking place, second and subsequent offense; deliver marijuana, second and subsequent offense; and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputies say Schubert sold marijuana in December and they found marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his home Jan. 7.

-- UNIQUA N. VAUGHN, 21, 178B W. Main St., Whitewater, with felony possession of narcotic drugs, and misdemeanors possession of a controlled substance and bail jumping. Whitewater police say Vaughn had heroin and a Hydrocodone pill in her possession Jan. 12.

-- JUSTIN J. WAGNER, 34, W7209 Highway 12, Whitewater, with felony deliver heroin, repeater, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, repeater. Deputies say Wagner sold heroin in December and they found drug paraphernalia in his home. In a separate criminal complaint, Wagner is charged with felonies delivering heroin, repeater, and possession of narcotic drugs, repeater. He also is charged with two misdemeanor counts possession of drug paraphernalia, repeater. Whitewater police say Wagner had heroin and drug paraphernalia when police stopped him for a traffic violation in November. When Wagner was stopped he admitted to selling heroin, police say.

-- BRADLEY W. WIITA, 20, 197 S. Judge St., Saukville, with three felony counts of possession with intent to deliver non-narcotics. UW-Whitewater police say Wiita was in possession of controlled substances at his home when it was searched in September 2012.
