-- STORMI D. DIXON, 29, of 326 Cherry St., No. 3, Janesville, at 7:06 p.m. Sunday at his residence on charges of possession with intent to deliver no more than 3 grams of heroin, possession of marijuana and maintaining a drug trafficking place. Also arrested on charges of battery and disorderly conduct, both as acts of domestic abuse, after police responded to a report of domestic violence. Dixon was arrested again at 2:29 a.m. Monday on charges of false imprisonment, use of a dangerous weapon, battery and disorderly conduct as acts of domestic abuse, for acts he is accused of committing sometime before Nov. 29.
-- A 13-YEAR-OLD BOY, on Friday at the Rock County Youth Services Center, 210 E. Highway 14, Janesville, referred to juvenile authorities on a charge of battery by a prisoner. He is accused of trying to stab detention workers with a pencil and punching a supervisor who tried to restrain him.
-- RALPH E. HALL JR., 52, of Tomahawk at noon Friday at the Oneida County Jail, Rhinelander, on a bench warrant for failure to appear in Rock County Court on a previous charge of operating while intoxicated, second offense.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- ISIDORO FLORES RAMOS, 35, of 413 Lincoln St., Janesville, at 2:37 a.m. Sunday at Milwaukee and Main streets, Janesville. The arrest was listed as his third for intoxicated driving.
-- JOSEPHINE R. LINK, 41, of 338 Cherry St., Janesville, at 10:08 p.m. Thursday on Acorn Drive near Idlewild Drive in the town of Beloit, cited for intoxicated driving causing injury. Link had stopped her minivan to watch a structure fire and then pulled forward and struck pedestrian Terry L. Olin, 32, of 441 E. Acorn Drive, who was standing at the end of his driveway, also watching the fire. Olin was thrown over the hood of the car and into a ditch. He was treated and released at Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville. Link also was cited for inattentive driving.
-- THEFT of copper ground wire from about 12 transformer poles along a one-half-mile segment of Racine Street, Janesville, between Wuthering Hills Drive and County J, reported Thursday. Janesville police are investigating a related set of similar thefts, according to a Rock County Sheriff's Office report.
-- BURGLARY to an outbuilding at a residence on South County H, reported Wednesday. Taken were an air compressor, trailer hitch, table saw and drill press.
-- BURGLARY to a residence on South River Road south of Janesville, reported Wednesday.
-- HIGHWAY 15 AT HIGHWAY 59 IN THE TOWN OF UNION at 7:12 a.m. Nov. 25, when a semitrailer truck driven by Francis G. Pavek, 79, of Northfield, Minn., was traveling west on Highway 59 and tried to stop at the intersection with Highway 14 but slid on the snow into the intersection, colliding with a car driven by Austin B. Kelly, 21, of 15019 W. Ahara Road, No. 35, Evansville. Kelly had to be extricated by emergency crews. He was admitted to Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville, and discharged six days later.
-- HARMONY MILTON TOWNLINE ROAD, JUST WEST OF LADUE DRIVE, TOWN OF HARMONY, at 7:41 p.m. Saturday, when driver Brenda Silva Hernandez, 19, of 4389 Fox Hills Drive, Janesville, saw a deer crossing the road, swerved to miss it and went off the road, hitting a tree. She was treated and released at Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville. She was cited for failure to keep the car under control and driving without insurance.
--COUNTY G ABOUT ONE-HALF MILE NORTH OF SUNNY LANE, TOWN OF LA PRAIRIE, at 4:28 p.m. Friday when an SUV driven by Joyce M. Brown, 61, of 2540 Bookmaker Drive, Beloit, encountered a garbage can in the road, swerved, went out of control and flipped over twice as it went off the road. Brown was treated and released at Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville. A passenger, Raeesah N. Griffin, 13, of 1777 Pine St., Beloit, also was transported for medical treatment. Brown was cited for driving without insurance.
