East Troy-based Wisconsin Oven Corp. is currently expanding its facilities to keep up with demand from its business customers, according to an article in the Business Journal.

The company is slated to break ground this week for a 28,000-square-foot addition, according to the story.
Wisconsin Oven makes industrial ovens for a number of businesses, including aerospace and energy. The latter has seen a growth spurt.

The size of ovens being ordered these days has also changed for the larger, necessitating Wisconsin Oven's 50-foot tall addition, which will tower over the existing 20-foot tall existing facility.

According to the story, the company hopes to be able to move in the spring of 2014, when they also plan to hire 20 more workers.

Wisconsin Oven currently employs some 120 people.
