PALMYRA – Rushing Waters Fisheries is holding an open house Saturday, Nov. 9, from noon to 4 p.m. at its farm and store, located at N301 County Highway H in Palmyra.
The facility expanded the seafood products in their retail store, added space to host private events and corporate retreats, and opened a restaurant for weekend dining.
The open house will feature interactive tours of the 80-acre farm showcasing the spring water-fed ponds and raceways where the fish are raised, and the newly expanded and renovated building, including the processing facility, the retail space known as The Farm Store, and the dining venue which now seats more than 80 guests at a time.

In addition to tours, the open house will feature complimentary passed hors d'oeuvres featuring trout and salmon smoked on-site, wine sampling for the adults, and free rentals of fishing poles for anyone who wants to get one more bite before winter.
