Intoxicated driving arrests
— JEREMY N. TUTTLE, 31, of 816 Emerson St., Beloit, at his residence, after an accident at 8:20 p.m. Thursday at Highway 14 and Pontiac Drive in Janesville, in which Tuttle's vehicle hit the rear of a car driven by Aaron P. Miller, 36, of Madison. Tuttle was arrested on charges of causing injury by intoxicated driving, driving without insurance, operating after suspension and hit-and-run. Tuttle left the scene after the accident, and a passenger in Miller's car-Phillip G. Miller, 39, of Madison-was injured, reports say.
— COUNTY Y AT ROVI DRIVE, TOWN OF MILTON, at 1:45 p.m. Oct. 23, when a car driven by Stephanie M. Anderson, 22, of 3601 E. County N, Apt. A, Milton, collided with the rear of a car driven by Bernard F. Wellnitz, 52, of 2910 S. Emerald Grove Road, Janesville. Anderson was treated and released at Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville. She was cited for inattentive driving.
— HIGHWAY 59 AT COUNTY M, at 2:52 p.m. Wednesday, when a car driven by Ludmilla Byam, 74, of 8310 N. Lima Center Road, Whitewater, failed to negotiate a traffic circle, and the car hit a light pole. Byam was transported for medical treatment.
