-- BURGLARY reported at 3:37 p.m. Thursday in the 700 block of South Main Street, Janesville. During the day, someone entered the home and took two TVs and a PlayStation, all valued at $1,000.

-- THEFT reported at 7:59 a.m., Thursday in the 1400 block of South Willard Avenue, Janesville. Someone took items from an unlocked car parked in the driveway.


-- TYLER N. FANIS, 27, of 2611 Lucerne St., Janesville, at 1:55 p.m. Thursday at the Rock County Courthouse on a felony bench warrant for a parole violation.

Intoxicated driving arrest

-- DEAN A. JANZEN, 63, Brodhead, at 7:09 p.m. Monday on Highway 11 West at Dickey Road in the town of Spring Valley. Janzen also was charged with operating left of center, hit and run, and for a prohibited alcohol level after his vehicle crossed the centerline and into the eastbound lane of traffic, swiping the rear side quarter panel of a vehicle driven by Nick Seibert, 20, Brodhead.

-- DESIRAE N. MCCARTY, 22, of 403 S. Academy St., Janesville, at 2:24 a.m. Friday at Centerway and North Franklin Street, Janesville. McCarty also was charged with operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration.



-- CORY E. THORNTON, 23, Stoughton, at 4:09 p.m. Thursday at Highway 104 north of Borchard Road, town of Decatur, for fleeing and eluding an officer. A Green County sheriff's deputy clocked Thornton's vehicle at 93 miles per hour in a 55 mile-per-hour speed zone. By the time a deputy got Thornton to slow down and stop, Thornton had crossed the county line into Rock County. Thornton also was cited for no vehicle registration, no insurance, and for displaying unauthorized plates.
