The Rock County Sheriff's Office is recommending Benito be charged with causing injury by drunken driving, second-offense drunken driving, causing injury by failing to yield right of way, open intoxicants in a vehicle and not wearing a seat belt.

Meudino was cited for having open intoxicants and not wearing a seat belt.
