LODI--Lodi took advantage of its speed up front to knock off Janesville Parker in a nonconference boys soccer match on Monday.

Kenan Erkan and Michael Bravick each scored twice as the Vikings fell, 6-0.

“They were fast up front; they utilized their speed up top and beat us with the through-balls,” Parker coach Jason Bier said. “Second half we picked it up and had more chances and more possession than they had. We hit the post once.

“Just again, we couldn’t find a way to score.”

Isaac Brodkey and Francisco Lara combined to make 10 saves for Parker, which put six shots on net offensively.

The Vikings, who fell to 1-8 overall, return to Big Eight Conference play tonight at Madison East.
