Lake Geneva Badger's early-season romp through Southern Lakes Conference contenders continued on Friday night.

The Badgers scored 21 third-quarter points to pull away from Burlington in a 41-12 home victory.

Badger piled up 465 yards on the ground, including 179 from Andrew Allen and 122 from quarterback Collin Broderick. Broderick rushed for two touchdowns and threw for another.

It was 6-6 in the second quarter when Allen cruised 57 yards for a touchdown to give his team a halftime lead.

One week after topping Waterford, the Badgers appear to be in control of the conference race. They play at Westosha Central on Friday.

• Elkhorn 14, Delavan-Darien 13—Arik Anderson found Matt Ambeling for a six-yard touchdown pass and then kicked the game-winning extra point with 43 seconds left to lead the Elks from behind in a Southern Lakes tilt.

Anderson also had a 94-yard touchdown pass to Steven Whales.
