Milton Raptors clinch South Division title in Rock River League

MILTON—The Milton Junction Pub Raptors won the Rock River League South Tournament title Saturday.

Sean McCann pitched a complete-game five-hitter to lead Milton to a 1-0 win over Neosho.

Milton plays Hartford—the North tournament winner—for the Rock River League title in a best-of-three series beginning today. The Raptors will host the first game at 1:30 today at Schilberg Park.

Milton scored the only run of the game Saturday in the bottom of the third. Jeff Jacobson singled to lead off the inning and advanced to second on Tyler Allison’s sacrifice bunt. Jacobson scored on Dave Sagitis’ RBI double.

McCann struck out seven in picking up the win.
