— LAURA D. MACE, 24, of 1524 E. Racine St., No. 27, Janesville, at 11:28 p.m. Wednesday at 3800 Deerfield Drive, Janesville, on charges of attempted neglect of a child and attempted abandonment of a child. DAVID L. WELLS, 22, of N462 County K, Sharon, also was arrested on the same charges.
— BURGLARY, to a barn on County K, town of Plymouth, reported at 5:26 p.m. Saturday. Fifteen timbers were reported stolen.
— COUNTY M AND MARSH ROAD, TOWN OF UNION, at 2:41 p.m. Tuesday. A vehicle driven by Keith D. Hartje, 17, of 125 Grove St., Evansville, was turning left onto County M when he collided with a southbound vehicle driven by Jeremy J. Rowe, 43, Monroe. Hartje was treated at an area hospital and cited for failure to yield right of way from a stop sign. His passenger, Jacob O. Hammer, 19, of 673 Hillside Court, Evansville, also was treated at an area hospital.
— ANTHONY J. CHIAPUSIO, 25, of 5113 Highway 50, Delavan, with two counts of burglary to a building or dwelling as a party to a crime, one count as a repeat offender, and burglary, arming self with a dangerous weapon as a party to a crime. He is accused of burglarizing homes on three occasions, Jan. 23, 2010 in the town of Darien, Aug. 26, 2011 in the town of Linn and Oct. 26, 2011 in the town of Whitewater. DNA was found and confirmed at each location to belong to Chiapusio.
— TIMOTHY D. MALUGEN, 28, of N933 Rose Drive, Genoa City, with felony possession of narcotic drugs as a party to a crime, second and subsequent offense and possession of drug paraphernalia as a party to a crime. He is accused of using heroin on July 25 at a residence in Lake Geneva.
— JONATHAN C. NEWHOUSE, 33, of 3420 State Road 20, East Troy, with felony bail jumping, felony possession of narcotics as a party to a crime and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is accused of violating his bond conditions by having drugs and drug paraphernalia in a car he was driving on Highway NN, just off Highway 12 in Walworth County, including heroin, used syringes and burnt spoons on July 29.
— JOSHUA G. TRACY, 30, of 418 Beloit St., Walworth, with burglary of a building or dwelling as a party to a crime, eight counts of misdemeanor theft as a party to a crime and obstructing an officer. He is accused of being a "look out" as three others stole horse saddles from Dawson Creek Horse Farm in the town of Lafayette on Dec. 31, 2012. Tracy turned himself in to the Walworth County Sheriff's Office on May 6.
