Arrests

16-YEAR-OLD Janesville boy, at 3:37 p.m. Thursday in the 100 block of North Jackson Street, Janesville, on charges of burglary, theft of movable property and criminal damage to property.

16-YEAR-OLD Janesville boy at 6:45 p.m. Thursday in the 2200 block of Pioneer Road, Janesville, on charges of vandalism and physical damage to property.

Charged

JOSHUA O. ROEHL, 27, of 707 S. Main St., Edgerton, charged with felony burglary of a donation jug that contained $100 in a June 10 incident at Emigail's Roadhouse Restaurant, 651 E. Highway 59, in the town of Fulton. Roehl also was charged with misdemeanor theft of intentionally taking and carrying away movable property from the business.

JAMES D. CONNELLY, 20, of 235 N. Palm St., Janesville, charged with felony possession with intent to deliver marijuana in a Wednesday, July 31, incident within 1,000 feet of a city park.

VANDALISM reported at 12:02 p.m. Saturday, July 20, in the 3500 block of West County M, in the town of Fulton. Four tires were slashed on a vehicle. No damage estimate was reported.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT reported at 2:27 p.m. Wednesday, July 31, in the 13000 block of West Beloit Newark Road, in the town of Afton. Two dogs were running at large on land without the landowner's permission.

MOTORCYCLE LICENSE PLATE reported stolen at 9:13 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 1, in the 300 block of North Parker Drive, Janesville.

PERSONAL INFORMATION reported stolen at 2:18 p.m. Monday, July 29, to open an Alliant Energy account in the name of a Janesville man who had left an outstanding bill.

Accident

CROSBY AVENUE AND JOHNSON STREET, Janesville, at 1:36 p.m. Monday, July 29. A bicycle ridden by Blaine L. Phen, 16, of 2219frac12W. Court St., Janesville, collided with the front passenger door of a van driven by Amy S. Prosser, 46, of 1453 Monterey Lane, Janesville, when Phen failed to yield the right-of-way. Phen was not wearing a helmet and sustained injuries. He was reported transported for medical attention.
