Janesville Jets 2013-14 schedule released

JANESVILLE—The Janesville Jets’ season is officially 10 weeks away.

The North American Hockey League released its official 2013-14 regular-season schedule on Tuesday. The league’s 38th season is scheduled to include 720 games.

The Jets, who went 23-27-10 last season and just missed out on the playoffs, will open their season at the 11th annual NAHL Showcase Tournament from Sept. 18-22 in Blaine, Minn. The Jets open at 4:45 p.m. on Sept. 18 against the Aberdeen Wings.

Janesville will host its first home game at 7 p.m. on Sept. 27 against Coulee Region.

Each of the 24 teams—separated into the Central, Midwest, North and South divisions—will play 60 regular-seasons games.
