Prosecutors filed arrest warrants this week charging three residents of a Beloit house at the center of a fencing operation with theft, according to court documents.

Christopher R. Harrell, 37, Christopher J. Wright-El, 34, and Christine M. Wulf, 31, were charged with one count each of theft of movable property valued between $5,000 and $10,000, court records show.

All three suspects live at 924 E. Grand Ave., Beloit, a house police say burglars visited to trade stolen electronics and jewelry for drugs.

Police searched the house in May, where they recovered troves of televisions, laptops, digital camcorders and video game consoles they said were stolen from homes around Rock County.

One of the people suspected of burglary, 35-year-old Misty Kvistad, told police she would swap stolen property for heroin at the home, according to a criminal complaint filed Wednesday.

Kvistad identified Harrell as the main person she did the transactions with, authorities said.

She also told authorities that Wulf and Wright-El lived at the home and sold her heroin, as well, according to the complaint.

When police talked with them, Wulf and Wright-El both said Kvistad sold them property, authorities said.

Wulf and Wright-El told police they knew the property was stolen but did not want to ask where it came from, according to the complaint.

Harrell was in custody at the Rock County Jail on a probation hold as of Friday, while neither Wulf nor Wright-El was in custody.

Kvistad has pleaded not guilty to 19 burglary and theft charges.
