Compiled from both primary and secondary sources, it's the first single-source directory made available to the public free of charge. The "Manufacturing & Logistics Directory" complements the previously released "Business-2-Business Directory," which is dedicated toward service-orientated firms.
"Access to real-time intelligence plays a critical role in today's business environment," said Mary Willmer-Sheedy, co-chair of Rock County 5.0, a five-year public/private economic development initiative that is designed to reposition and revitalize Rock County's economy.
"As Rock County businesses continually explore or evaluate supply chain considerations, we encourage them to look locally and this directory provides that opportunity," she said.
To access the directories, visit the "Business Resources" section at rockcountyalliance.com and then select the appropriate drop-down menu option.
Rock County 5.0's efforts are focused on business retention and expansion, business and investment attraction, small business and entrepreneurship, real estate positioning and workforce profiling.
