Pal was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, drinking alcohol in a vehicle and possession of fireworks.

-- BENJAMIN N. CLAUSING, 18, no fixed address, Chippewa Falls, at 7:38 p.m. Tuesday at 254 E. Memorial Drive, Janesville, on a charge of taking a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent. The car was reported as stolen from a residence in Eau Claire, according to police reports.

-- FERNANDO BLANCO MELCHER, 29, Orlando, Fla., at 9 a.m. Jan. 31 at Orange County Jail, Orlando, Fla., on a bench warrant from Rock County Court charging him with second degree sexual assault of a child as well as an arrest warrant conviction charging him with operating after revocation.

-- BRYAN J. SYKORA, 29, of 2006 Green Valley Drive, No. 1, Janesville, at 3:43 a.m. Wednesday at home on charges of strangulation/suffocation, battery and damage to property in a domestic incident.

-- UNAUTHORIZED USE OF IDENTIFICATION at 10:20 a.m. Jan. 26. A Harmony Township man called police after his former bank called to report that his personal information was being used. The next day, the man got a phone call from someone identifying himself as a Janesville Police Department detective. The caller asked the man what bank he uses. No Janesville detective made such a phone call.

-- JASON A. NICHOLS, 30, of 411 Harding St., Janesville, with solicitation of burglary. He is accused of calling an acquaintance on Jan. 20 from the Rock County Jail, where he was incarcerated on burglary charges, and asking the acquaintance to commit a burglary.

-- ALYSSA R. KREKLOW, 23, of 309 W. Van Buren Ave., Janesville, with felony bail jumping and misdemeanor theft. She is accused of trying to steal merchandise on Jan. 25 from Walmart, 3800 Deerfield Drive, Janesville.

-- KYLE M. GARRETT, 25, of 2634 E. Collingswood Drive, Beloit, with three counts of manufacturing or delivering marijuana. Garrett is accused of selling marijuana in October and November in the 800 block of Kellogg Avenue, Janesville.

-- ANGELA N. WILLIAMS, 24, of 289 N. Main St., Janesville, with identity theft. She is accused of using another woman’s name during a Dec. 23 traffic stop in Janesville.

-- JUSTIN D. CICOGNA, 17, of 3147 S. Flack Road, Beloit, with false imprisonment and disorderly conduct. He is accused of covering a juvenile’s mouth with his hand and dragging the juvenile into a boys bathroom on Dec. 20 at Turner High School, 1231 Inman Parkway, Beloit.

-- NIKKI E. WESTMORELAND, 39, of 126 S. Fifth St., No. 1, Delavan, misdemeanor bail jumping and misdemeanor make false/forged prescription order, 30 days jail with Huber, $250.

-- MICHAEL R. STEVENS, 21, of 290 N. Arlington, North Prairie, five counts misdemeanor theft—false representation, nine months jail. Nine counts of felony misappropriate ID info to obtain money were dismissed but read into court records.
