-- PAUL D. BARROWS, 39, of 1340 ½ Bluff St., Beloit, at 6:35 a.m. Thursday in the 200 block of East Highway 14, Janesville, on a bench warrant accusing him of failing to appear in Rock County Court on charges of burglary, theft and bail jumping.

-- MALCOLM J. GRADY, 36, of 323 N. High St., Janesville, at 2:08 p.m. Thursday on a charge of substantial battery while armed. He is accused of stabbing a woman, who was treated at Mercy Hospital, Janesville, and released.

- CENTER AVENUE AND MARQUETTE STREET, Janesville, at 7:46 a.m. on June 9, a car driven by Courtney L. Wheeler, 23, of 1430 Garfield Ave., Beloit, collided with a car driven by Kirsten Moore, 35, of 2817 Holiday Drive, Janesville as Moore made a left hand turn onto Marquette Street from Center Avenue. A third car driven by Kristi Hayden, 45, was also involved in the accident when Moore’s car struck her vehicle. Wheeler was transported to a local hospital. Hayden, Moore and her two passengers, an 11-month old boy and a 22-year-old man were not injured.

- STOLEN VEHICLE reported at 1:47 p.m. Thursday in the 1100 block of Hawthorne Avenue, Janesville. Reported stolen was a 1992 Chevrolet Lumina.
