Police kicked the door in after receiving information that the incident might be violent and after those inside did not answer repeated knocks and yells. Terrell had sat in front of the door and refused to let the victim leave, police said.

-- HOLIE J. VANCE, 30, of 209 Madison St., No. 3, Janesville, at 2:11 a.m. Sunday at Highway 51 and Curharken Road, Fulton Township. It was reportedly her second offense. She also was ticketed for speeding.

-- THOMAS W. CASEY, 40, of 2046 Riverview Drive, Janesville, at 2:17 a.m. Saturday at County E south of Hackbarth Road, Janesville Township. It was reportedly his second offense. She also was ticketed for driving too fast for conditions.

-- ELLEN M. O’BRIEN, 47, of 3721 S. County D, Janesville, at 1:37 a.m. Wednesday at County D south of Janesville Hanover Road, Rock Township. She also was ticketed for drinking open intoxicants in motor vehicle and failure to wear a seat belt.

-- PHILLIP M. LANCASTER, 57, of 3418 E. Charley Bluff Road, Milton, at 10:06 p.m. Saturday at Nelson Street east of Thomas Street, Milton Township. It was reportedly his sixth offense. She also was ticketed for knowingly operating while revoked causing injury, hit-and-run involving injury, operating while intoxicated causing injury and unsafe backing of vehicle. Lancaster is accused of hitting a pedestrian while backing out of a parking lot and leaving the scene.

-- KELLY D. CASEY BYFORD, 32, 1530 Joliet St., Janesville, at 1:24 a.m. Friday at Crosby Avenue and Rockport Road, Janesville.

-- JAMES P. GREVING, 43, of 721 Center Ave., Apt. ½, Janesville, at 8:04 p.m. Saturday at Center Avenue and Riverside Street, Janesville.

-- MARTIN RUELAS VALDOVINOS JR., 30, of 413 Cherry St., upper, Janesville, at 12:02 a.m. Saturday at Centerway and Main Street, Janesville.
