— TERRANCE T. HODGES, 48, 323 W. Pearl St., Janesville, at 3:16 p.m. Wednesday at Madison and Wall streets, Janesville on charges of aggravated battery to an elderly person and disorderly conduct. He is accused on urinating on the side of a 76-year-old woman's house and then punching the woman when she came out to confront him.
Intoxicated driving arrests
— KYLE A. BEELER, 24, of 3044 S. Lilac Road, town of Beloit, at 3:39 a.m. Friday at 4528 W. Eau Claire Road, town of Rock.
— MERRY C. COOPER, 52, of 5211 N. Highway 51, town of Janesville, at 5:44 p.m. Wednesday at 1846 W. Russell Road, Janesville, after the car she was driving went into a ditch. The arrest was reported as her third for intoxicated driving.
— BURGLARY to a shed on North Highway 104 in the town of Magnolia, reported Thursday. Reported taken was gasoline, extension cords, wire, pipe, two mason jars and metal, valued at $307. Also, a gas line to a boat was cut.
— CHARLES A. NEAL, 23, 1929 S. Dewey Ave., town of Beloit, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon. He is accused of possessing a black-powder rifle. Police were called to his residence at 1:24 p.m. Thursday on a complaint that he was a felon and had been firing the rifle in the garage. Neal told them he bought the weapon at a rummage sale and believed he could legally possess it, according to the criminal complaint.
