Milton Raptors roll in season opener

— The Milton Raptors opened the Rock River League baseball season Sunday with a 15-0 victory in seven innings over Helenville at Schilberg Park.

T.J. Klawitter went 3 for 4 and had five RBIs to lead the Raptors’ 15-hit attack.

Sean McCann and Joe Shear combined on a no-hitter. McCann notched five strikeouts through the first four innings, and Shear had five strikeouts through the last three.

Milton hosts the Madison Rockers at 1:30 p.m. Sunday.
