Intoxicated driving arrests

-- CARLA A. FREDERICKSON, 39, of 1131 Newman St., Janesville, at 7:32 p.m. Sunday at Crosby Avenue and Wall Street in Janesville, on a charge of operating under the influence of a controlled substance.

-- TYLER E. BURGER, 18, of 1311 Camden Square, Janesville, at 3:05 a.m. Sunday at Harmony Drive and Mount Zion Avenue, Janesville.

-- KYLE E. JACOBSON, 26, of 3624 LaMancha Drive, Janesville, at 1:42 a.m. Monday at LaMancha Drive and Wright Road, Janesville.

-- LACY M. KELLOGG, 21, of 4420 Winfield Drive, Janesville, at 1:25 a.m. Monday at her residence.

-- BRIGETTE A. SCHUMACHER, 34, of 253 Edward St., Orfordville, at 2:57 a.m. Oct. 3, at County H and Stuart Road in Plymouth Township.

-- DEREK M. BALL, 33, Argyle, at 3:38 a.m. Sunday at County H south of Highway 81 in Newark Township. Ball also was arrested on charges of criminal damage to property and resisting arrest.


-- HIGHWAY 59 AND CASEY ROAD at 5:31 p.m. Ashley A. Nelson, 21, of 10706 W. Highway 59, Edgerton, was stopped at the sign southbound on Casey Road at Highway 59 in Porter Township. Nelson pulled into the intersection and was struck by a vehicle driven eastbound on Highway 59 by Maureen A. Furan, 55, of 26 Pine Cone Court, Edgerton. Furan was transported to Edgerton Hospital. Nelson was cited for operating while suspended, failure to yield and operating without insurance.

-- 11207 E. COUNTY N, at 7:15 a.m. Oct. 4. Michael P. Moman, 53, Milwaukee, was driving a semitrailer truck west on County N in Lima Township. A vehicle driven by Keesha M. Merath, 16, of 11207 County N, Whitewater, pulled south from her driveway into County N where it was struck by the semitrailer truck. The truck jackknifed, and both drivers were transported to a local hospital to be treated for injuries. Merath was cited for failure to yield.


-- BURGLARY to a residence in the 9100 block of Smythe School Road in Newark Township. A chain saw, aluminum cans and a can of gasoline were reported stolen.
