— The weather is warming, the corn is beginning to shoot up, the kids are out of school and the Rock County 4-H Fair will be here before you can say "cheese curds."

Discount season tickets are now available at Rock County Piggly Wiggly stores, located in Edgerton, Evansville and Milton, and at First National Banks, located in Janesville and Clinton. The tickets now cost $20, saving patrons $2, and are available until July 15.

Tickets to the see the pro rodeo in action on Saturday, July 30, and Sunday, July 31, can be picked up at the Rock County Fair Office, 1301 Craig Ave., Janesville. Rodeo tickets purchased before July 15 will cost $6 and after July 15 they increase to $8. Fair goers who purchase the season pass will still have to purchase tickets to see the rodeo.

Due to the extra cost to see the rodeo on Saturday and Sunday, day passes to attend the fair on those days will be discounted to $5.

The fair will run from July 26 through July 31.

For more information on the fair or ticket prices, contact the fair office at (608) 755-1470 or visit rockcounty4hfair.com.
