— A Clinton man remained in custody Monday at the Rock County Jail after a vehicle pursuit early Saturday morning, according to a press release from the Rock County Sheriff’s Office.

Michael Felton, 31, Clinton, was arrested on charges of fleeing an officer, third-offense drunken driving, second-offense driving after revocation, lane deviation and failure to stop at a stop sign. He also is being held on suspicion of probation violation, according to the release.

The pursuit began at 2:34 a.m. Saturday on Shopiere Road near Interstate 90/39 when a deputy attempted to stop a 2004 Pontiac Sunfire on suspicion of drunken driving.
