-- NICHOLAS R. MANZ, 22, of 1441 Starling Lane, Janesville, at 12:34 a.m. Thursday at home on charges of theft and five counts of forgery.

-- DYLAN R. QUICK, 18, of 114 Hamblet St., Orfordville, at 3:55 p.m. Wednesday at home on a charge of exposing a child to harmful material. He is accused of sending a picture of male genitalia via Facebook to a 13-year-old girl.

-- HERBERT W. HAMILTON JR., 29, of 524 Linn St., Janesville, at 10:40 a.m. Thursday at home on a charge of substantial battery. He is accused of punching a woman.


-- BURGLARY at JT Storage, 3836 N. County H, Janesville Township, reported Feb. 16. Locks were reported missing and cut from four storage units. A trailer hitch also was reported stolen.

-- BURGLARY at KD Mini Storage, 2904 E. McCormick Drive, Fulton Township, reported on Feb. 16. Three units were reportedly broken into, and a car had been damaged.

-- UNAUTHORIZED USE OF IDENTIFYING INFORMATION reported at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 3300 block of Thornton Drive, Janesville. A woman suspected her daughter of stealing up to $100,000 from her checking account in the last three years.

-- TRACI D. GIBBS, 37, of 713 Johnson St., Janesville, misdemeanor bail-jumping, 30 days in jail with credit, $87.

-- ANTHONY J. GARCIA, 33, of 2014 W. Memorial St., Janesville, obstructing, disorderly conduct, 30 days in jail, $160.

-- ASHTON H. DIX, 17, of 521 E. Court St., No. 2, Janesville, misdemeanor battery by use of a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct by use of a dangerous weapon, two years probation with credit, $444 restitution, $247.

-- BENJAMIN A. SIME, 26, of 306 S. Randall Ave., Janesville, charges of battery and disorderly conduct both dismissed.

-- MICHAEL W. GARTHWAITE, 53, of 201 S. Randall Ave., Janesville, felony burglary to building or dwelling, three years and six months in prison with credit, five years extended supervision, $509 restitution, $197. Charges of uttering forgery and possession of drug paraphernalia both dismissed but read into court record.

-- STEPHEN E. GILLESPIE, 40, of 603 Laurel Ave., Janesville, felony false imprisonment, two years in prison, two years extended supervision. Charges of misdemeanor battery, disorderly conduct and resisting all dismissed but read into court record.
