-- JATONA T. GREEN-FARR, 17, of 1332 Porter Ave., Beloit, at 8:51 a.m. Tuesday at home on a charge of escape. On Dec. 13, Green-Farr cut her electronic monitoring bracelet and left her home. On Dec. 15, she called the Rock County Sheriff’s Office Diversion Office and turned herself in. Green-Farr is in custody, according to jail records. She had been sentenced to six months on electronic monitoring for violating her probation by committing battery.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- JEFFREY G. HARRINGTON, 29, of 2036 Williamsburg Place, Janesville, at 1:07 a.m. Wednesday at Beloit Avenue and Conde Street, Janesville. It was listed as his fourth offense.

-- JUDITH M. ISLER, 45, of 417 Church St., Clinton, at 5:10 p.m. Saturday at Highway 140 and Interstate 43. Also cited for failure to yield.


-- BURGLARY to a home in the 1400 block of Laramie Lane, Janesville, reported Monday. Video game systems, games and DVDs were reported stolen.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- ROBERT P. DAVIS, 33, of 1226 Peninsula Lane, Whitewater, on Wednesday on Peninsula Lane, Whitewater. Also citer for hit and run to property adjacent to the highway and open intoxicants in a motor vehicle.

-- ANDRZEJ TOPOR, 30, Justice Ill., at 9:38 p.m. Friday on Main Street at Devils Lane, Walworth. It was listed as his second offense. Also cited for operating left of center.


-- MAIN STREET AT INDIAN MOUNDS PARKWAY, Whitewater, at 6:29 p.m. Dec. 3, a vehicle driven by Jessica N. Swanson, 18, of 923 Hilltop Drive, Milton, lost control on the icy roadway, spun and struck an oncoming van driven by Kevin P. Martin, 32, of 570 S. Clark St., No. 8, Whitewater. A third vehicle, driven by Melynda R. Diedrichotto, 19, Baraboo, tried to avoid the accident, but could not and hit both vehicles. Swanson and Martin reportedly were transported to a local hospital, but their conditions were unknown Wednesday. Swanson was cited for driving too fast for conditions.
