--JOSEPH B. FRANK, 22, of 411 S. Harmony Drive, Janesville, at 11:50 a.m. Sunday at his residence on charges of delivery of Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 narcotics, maintaining a drug trafficking place and a probation violation.


--BURGLARY, reported at 5:23 p.m. Friday at the Rockvale Mobile Home Park, 6219 S. Highway 51, Janesville.


--JEFFREY D. TOBIAS, 34, of 3383 Stellar Drive, Janesville, charged with substantial battery and disorderly conduct. He is accused of hitting another man with a beer mug on July 7, 2013, at the Junction Pub, 130 Merchant Row, Milton. The man sustained injuries that required 36 stitches to his eyebrow, ear, neck and a finger. A tendon in the finger also was severed.

--BRUCE A. SANWICK, 36, of 1659 Sun Valley Drive, Beloit, charged with driving while intoxicated, fourth offense in five years, and felony bail jumping. Town of Beloit police made the arrest at 1:30 a.m. Feb. 8 on Gray Bill Drive.

--ROBERT J. PAWLUK, 28, of 1528 Morningside Drive No. 4, Janesville, charged with second-degree sexual assault. He is accused of sexually assaulting a woman in her Janesville home on Feb. 20 after he, the woman and two others engaged in a night of drinking in downtown Janesville. The woman told police she awoke to find herself being assaulted, and she fought until the man left.

--ANGELA R. EASTERDAY, 32, of 252 S. Franklin St., Janesville, charged with five counts of interfering with child custody. She is accused of not showing up to allow her children to visit their father, as laid out in a custody order, in May 2013.

--COTY T. MCCLUSKEY, 26, of 1850 Madison Road No. 140, Beloit, charged with possession of Oxycodone without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia, including needles used for injecting drugs, during an incident on Feb. 22 at the Stop N Go, 907 Inman Parkway, town of Beloit.

--GEOFFREY W. REINKE, 36, of 2521 Rockport Road, Janesville, charged with delivery/manufacture of marijuana, maintaining a drug trafficking place, second-offense possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is accused of growing marijuana hydroponically in his house. A search warrant was executed Jan. 16. In addition to smoking and growing equipment, about 2.3 ounces of marijuana were seized.

--CURTIS A. ORSBURNE, 47, of 519 Park Ave. No. 1, Janesville, charged with strangulation and suffocation and battery, as a repeater and as incidents of domestic abuse. He is accused of choking a woman he knows and shoving loose-leaf tobacco and the belt of a robe into her mouth on or about Feb. 21 at his residence.

--STEPHANIE V. WALDSMITH, 30, of 1322 Hamilton Ave., Janesville, charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. She is accused of possessing smoking equipment and 0.3 grams of heroin at her residence on Saturday.
