Adam Jerald "AJ" Prochazka, age 29, of Bellevue, WA, passed away Sunday, Jan. 5, 2014, at his home. He was born Feb. 15, 1984, in Janesville, WI, the son of Deborah Prochazka. He graduated from Milton High School in the class of 2003. He moved to Washington about 9 years ago. AJ had just started his own company known as Frontier Global Enterprises. He had a very kind and gentle heart and soul. He enjoyed his animals, especially his 2 guinea pigs and he always had a smile on his face.

AJ is survived by his mother, Deborah Prochazka of Milton; stepfather, Herbert Hamre of Port Edwards, WI; grandmother, Joy Prochazka of Marshall, WI; two brothers, Aaron (Julia) Hamre of Sierra Vista, AZ and Andrew (Stephanie) Prochazka of Milton, WI; sister: Angela (Cameron) Knobel of Monroe, WI; four nephews: Landon, Evan, and Teagan Knobel and Jameson Judd; many other extended family. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers: Gerald Prochazka and Floyd Hamre. A Celebration of Life visitation will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2014, from 6 until 8 p.m. at the ALBRECHT FUNERAL HOMES & CREMATION SERVICES, Milton.
