Pastore wins senior golf tournament title

Chris Pastore finished with a 36-hole total of 149 to win the Janesville City Men's Senior Tournament overall title on Tuesday.

Pastore, a seven-time Janesville Men's City Tournament winner, fired a 2-under par round of 70 on Monday at Riverside and followed that up with a 79 on Tuesday at the Janesville Country Club.

Jimmy Mead shot 160 to finish second behind Pastore in the 50-59 age group division.

Rob Ackerman coasted to a 12-shot victory in the 60-69 age group, and Tom Collins won the 70-79 age group.
