John and Faye Andrews

JANESVILLE—John and Faye Andrews celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary by attending worship Friday, June 8, at West Koshkonong Lutheran Church, Stoughton, and afterward a family anniversary luncheon at the Madison Club.

Andrews and the former Faye Kalland became new residents of Janesville in 1967. They met as the leading performers in the play “A Shot in the Dark” at the Janesville Little Theater and were married on June 8, 1968, at West Koshkonong Lutheran Church, Stoughton.

John is a retired attorney from Consigny, Andrews, Hemming and Grant of Janesville. Faye is a retired family and consumer education teacher and pre-school teacher.

Their family includes Laura Andrews of Neenah, Margaret Andrews of Madison, and Andrew Siefkes and Sarah Andrews Siefkes of Cedarburg. They also have two grandchildren.
