Williams Bay police seeking Walworth State Bank robber

WILLIAMS BAY—A man armed with a handgun robbed the Walworth State Bank, 121 N. Walworth Ave., on Friday morning, according to police.

The suspect approached a teller, displayed a black handgun and told the employee to put money in a bag, according to Williams Bay Police Department report. The teller followed the man's orders. The robber left with an unknown amount of money.

The suspect is described as a man in his early 20s, weighing about 240 pounds and standing between 6 feet and 6 feet 3 inches tall, according to the report. He was wearing a tan or brown Carhart jacket, blue jeans, black gloves and a black ski mask.
