TOWN OF JANESVILLE—A Janesville man has been charged with fourth-offense intoxicated driving after an incident in the early-morning hours Sunday.

Isaac V. Anderson Sr., 23, of 1253 N. Martin Road, Janesville, was stopped by a sheriff’s deputy at 4:19 a.m. Sunday on West County A because one headlight was out, according to the criminal complaint.

Anderson registered a blood-alcohol content of 0.146, according to the complaint.

Anderson’s first three intoxicated-driving offenses were in 2015 and 2016, the last two on the same day, according to the criminal complaint.

Anderson made his initial court appearance Monday, where he was held on $500 cash bail and ordered not to drink or drive until the case ends.
