Janesville man accused of fourth OWI

JANESVILLE—A Janesville man was arrested on suspicion of fourth-offense operating while intoxicated early Wednesday morning, according to a press release from the Janesville Police Department.

At 2:11 a.m., a police officer stopped a vehicle after noticing the driver was weaving on the roadway and almost struck a curb, according to the press release.

The driver, Joseph K. Dremsa, 45, failed field sobriety tests and was arrested on a charge of fourth-offense OWI. He also was cited for driving with a suspended license, according to the press release.
