Arrests

—SHAUN A. WARNER, 22, of 6219 S. Highway 51, No. 302, town of Rock, at 11:26 a.m. Thursday at home on charges of disorderly conduct while armed with a disorderly conduct rider.

—ROBBERY at 11:57 p.m. Thursday at Comfort Inn, 11102 Goede Road, Newville. A female entered an “employee only” area and took $400.

Charged

—ALFRED H. EMERSON, 45, of 6219 S. Highway 51, Janesville, with physical abuse of a child and disorderly conduct, repeater. Rock County Sheriff’s deputies say that on Oct. 26 Emerson struck a 15-year-old boy and threatened to kill him.

—MARTIN FIGUEROA, 24, of N2198 County O, Delavan, with strangulation and suffocation, false imprisonment, misdemeanor battery, and disorderly conduct, all with domestic violence riders. Janesville police say that on Oct. 26 Figueroa went to the home of a women he knew and threatened to kill her with a knife and placed both his hands around her neck and began to strangle her.

Charged

—CRYSTAL J. BONANNO, 36, of 142 Grove Ave., Genoa City, with possession of narcotic drugs, felony bail jumping, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Village of Genoa City police say on Sept. 21, Bonanno reportedly overdosed on heroin.

—COBY J. BRAULT, 19, of 4023 Tisbury Drive, Janesville, with possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of narcotic drugs, and CONNOR J. TANEL, 19, of Cedarburg, with three counts of manufacture/delivery of marijuana and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Walworth County sheriff’s deputies say they conducted controlled buys of marijuana from Tanel in September. Deputies also say on Oct. 4, they executed a search warrant at 304 Janesville St., Whitewater, where both men were, and found in Brault’s room 8.77 grams of marijuana, a digital scale and four 30 milligram pills of Vyvanse.

—COTY W. BROADWAY, 30, of N3475 County H, No. 2A, Lake Geneva, with failure to update information as a sex offender. Prosecutors say on or about May 9 and 23, he failed to provide an updated residence and place of employment.

—DONOVAN R. CHANNING, 29, of Jefferson, with threat to law enforcement officer and disorderly conduct. Whitewater police say on July 23, Channing was intoxicated, causing a disturbance at a Whitewater McDonald’s before threatening the police officers who were detaining him.

—A 17-YEAR-OLD BURLINGTON BOY, of 6728 Fox River Road, Burlington, with three counts of manufacture/deliver marijuana. Walworth County sheriff’s deputies say in August through October, they conducted three controlled buys of marijuana from Devries.

—ARRON W. DUPLER, 28, of W3836 Lincoln Drive, Lake Geneva, with failure to provide information as a sex offender and failure to update information. Prosecutors say Dupler in June and July failed to report a change of address and verify information within 10 days.

—JESSICA M. FALLON, 26, of Cincinnati, with operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent. Village of East Troy police say on Sept. 29, Fallon stole a truck from a man she was dating and left it in Indiana.

—AMBER M. FAUST, 45, of 1015 Tolman St., Lake Geneva, with identity theft for financial gain and misdemeanor theft. Town of Geneva police say on Oct. 10, Faust took a debit card from someone she knows and spent nearly $300 at Wal-Mart on groceries.

—CODY K. HANSON, 27, of 2562 Honey Creek Circle, No. 419, East Troy, with possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Village of East Troy police say on Feb. 11, they searched Hanson’s home and found 25 grams of marijuana and other materials showing he was involved in dealing.

—ALEXANDER M. OLESTON, 27, of 311 E. Geneva St., Delavan, with failure to register as a sex offender and failure to update information. Prosecutors say Oleston may be homeless after his rent was increased, but he still did not report a change in address.

—JESSE R. QUINTON, 35, of Cumberland Gap, Tennessee, with threat to law enforcement officer, resisting an officer and disorderly conduct. Village of Fontana police say on Oct. 21, Quinton was being drunk and disorderly with officers before eventually threatening an officer.

—ROMIESHA M. RHODES, 26, of Milwaukee, with identity theft for financial gain. Whitewater police say on June 5, Rhodes made transactions with another person’s bank account to buy a Starbucks and pay $432.95 to WE Energies.

—WILLIAM M. TROY, 53, of N2413 Charles Young Drive, Burlington, with two counts of failure to provide information as a sex offender. A sex offender registry specialist reported that Troy did not respond when they reached out to him and his mom said he had “disappeared.” A missing person’s report had been filed, Troy’s mother said.

—ANDREW E. WILLIAMS, 21, of 706 Faryl Ave., No. 15, Delavan, with second-offense possession of marijuana. Walworth County sheriff’s deputies say on Sept. 27 they conducted an electronic monitoring check on Williams and found a mason jar with marijuana inside.
