James “Jim” P. Stebbins, 82, of Bristol, passed away peacefully, Thursday, October 19, 2017 at Froedtert South St. Catherine’s Campus. He was born on May 30, 1935, to the late Rollin M. and Evelyn E. (Ullius) Stebbins, in Tarrytown, NY. He was educated in Milton, WI. On November 28, 1952, he married Patricia R. O’Brien in Dubuque, IA. Jim was a diesel truck mechanic for Blackmon Trucking Company in Kenosha for many years, retiring in 1997. Jim was an avid reader, enjoyed hunting, fishing and bowling in his younger years. He also enjoyed expressing his point of view.

Jim is survived by his wife, Patricia; his children: James M. (Teresia) Stebbins of Livingston, TX, Debra S. Beales of Kenosha, Gail L. (Eric Arttus) Stebbins of Kenosha and Bruce L. (Mary) Stebbins of Kenosha; his eight grandchildren; and his 12 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his sisters, Gwen and Barbara; his brother, Rollin, and son-in-law, Tom Beales.

A Celebration of Life for Jim will be held on Sunday, October 22nd at 3 p.m. at the Bruch Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 1 p.m. until the time of service.
