ROCK COUNTY

Arrests

--KRIS K. KUYKENDALL, 58, of 6219 S. Highway 51, Lot 229, town of Rock, at 11:03 a.m. Friday in the town of Rock, on charges of disorderly conduct and battery, both with domestic violence assessments. Rock County sheriff's deputies say since this was Kuykendall's second domestic-violence arrest in 24 hours, the charges would become felonies.

Intoxicated driving arrests

--ANTHONY N. BENEVENGA, 49, of Madison, at 4:04 a.m. Saturday at North County H and West County A, town of Center, on a charge of third-offense OWI.

--KENISHA M. BURTON, 24, of 427 Forest Park Blvd., Janesville, at 9:21 p.m. Sunday at East Highway 14 and South Kemp Road, town of Bradford, on charges of first-offense OWI and possession of methamphetamine. Rock County sheriff's deputies say Burton was swerving across the road.

--EMILIO HERNANDEZ CHAGA, 47, of 1006 21st St., No. 58, Brodhead, at 5:05 p.m. Sunday at West Highway 11 and South Dunbar Road, town of Center, on a charge of second-offense OWI. Rock County sheriff's deputies say Hernandez Chaga was swerving across the center line.

Charged

--DEMETRIUS R. ROBINSON, 47, Madison, with second-offense possession of marijuana and second-offense possession of cocaine. He is accused of possessing small amounts of the drugs when stopped at 1:37 a.m. Friday on Mount Zion and Milton avenues, Janesville, after he drove with a hose and nozzle from a gas station dragging behind his vehicle.
