Arrests

—JAMES A. POFFENBERGER, 23, of 16 N. Washington St., Janesville, at 9:59 p.m. Saturday at 309 W. Milwaukee St., Janesville, on charges of possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of resisting or obstructing an officer.

Charged

—GOLDY M. EVANS, 20, of Beloit, with identity theft-avoidance, disorderly conduct and two counts each of felony and misdemeanor bail jumping. A Rock County sheriff's captain says on Oct. 3, Evans disturbed court proceedings, was yelling when she was being escorted out and gave law enforcement a different name.

Charged

—KEITH R. BUMP, 20, of 1025A Daniels Court, Unit A1, Whitewater, with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, maintaining a drug trafficking place and possession of narcotic drugs and drug paraphernalia, and JOSEPH S. FLOWERETTE, 21, of 1415 Greenview Ave., Janesville, with possession with intent to deliver LSD and marijuana and maintaining a drug trafficking place, all party to a crime. City of Whitewater police say on March 28, they executed a search warrant at Bump's home and found pills of Schedule II controlled substances, marijuana in various forms and $2,380 in cash sitting on a table with a marijuana grinder weighing it down. Police also say they found Flowerette's backpack with marijuana, pills of a Schedule II controlled substance and LSD. Bump and another resident said Flowerette used the home as a place to sell drugs.

—ALYSSA J. HERSRUD, 17, of Sparta, Wisconsin, with identity theft-avoidance and obstructing an officer. City of Delavan police say on Oct. 2, they stopped Hersrud and others on suspicion of underage drinking and Hersrud gave someone else's name and a wrong birthday.

—AARON J. ZELTER, 24, of 33 N. West St., No. 306, Elkhorn, with identity theft-avoidance and obstructing an officer. Elkhorn police say on Aug. 18, Zelter was stopped on suspicion of OWI and gave the name of someone he knew from high school in New York.
