Norman T. ”Tom” Becker, age 56, of Edgerton, died unexpectedly at home on Friday, October 13, 2017. He was born in Edgerton on May 5, 1961, the son of Melvin E. and Bonnie G. (Andrus) Becker. He was a 1979 graduate of Edgerton High School and a lifelong resident of Edgerton. Tom was a Heavy Equipment Operator, having worked at Thalacker Grain Service, Silha & Sons and Timme Construction during his career. His true passion was farming, and the deep love he had for his family farms. He spent countless days hunting, especially with his labs, and enjoyed going fishing. His nieces and nephews were very important to him, and loved spending time with them. He was an avid Packer Fan.

Tom is survived by his parents, Melvin and Bonnie Becker of Edgerton; six siblings: Cheri Becker of Loyal, WI, Debbie (John) Schneider, Lori (Dave) Knutson, and Barbie (Rod) Hanson, all of Janesville, Brian (Denise) Becker of Eau Claire and Jamie (Renae) Becker of Edgerton; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, October 20, 2017, at APFEL EHLERT FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICE, Edgerton with Rev. Jerry Pribbenow officiating.
