Four consecutive goals for Madison West doomed Janesville Craig's boys soccer team Tuesday night.

After trading early goals with Madison West, the Cougars lost 5-1 in Big Eight Conference action.

The Regents scored just five minutes in before Owen Aldrich was able to tie the game at one for Craig. The Cougars supplied no more offense after that and surrendered four straight goals to their opponent.

"It was a sloppy performance from us, and it matched the sloppy weather and field conditions," Craig coach Garrett McCabe said. "We are a better team than we showed tonight so it was a disappointing result."

Robert Cooper had one goal and one assist for the Regents.

The Cougars fall to 2-5-1 in conference play as they prepare for their last conference game Thursday in Verona.
