EDGERTON—Edgerton High School is holding a hurricane relief drive for its sister school in Costa Rica, Spanish teacher Marnie Weis said.

Edgerton students visited Costa Rica this summer during the first year of an exchange program. The Costa Rican students had visited Edgerton in winter.

Flooding from Hurricane Nate "severely affected" the Costa Rican school. Edgerton will hold a collection drive through Monday, though donations will be accepted after that, Weis said.

The drive seeks money, shoes and nonwinter clothing. Cash and checks are accepted. Checks should be made out to Edgerton High School.
